It is recommended that you make your arrangements with the hotel as soon as possible. The hotel is saving a block of rooms under the name OPIMA.Please mention this to get the above rate. The rooms are saved for Tuesday-Thursday nights, 12-14 January 1999.
It is also recommended that if it is at all possible, you fly into Newark Airport from which transportation to the hotel is easy to arrange. More details will follow on the OPIMA web page.

Directions to Headquarters Plaza Hotel:
If you’re flying into Newark, you can take a shuttle to the hotel. This service is offered by reservation through State Shuttle - 800-427-3207 and costs $22 each way.
You can also take a cab but this might cost as much as $75.
Ask the driver before taking this option.
The time to get to the hotel from Newark Airport is 30-45 minutes.

FROM NEWARK AIRPORT:
Take Rt. 78 West to Rt. 24 West. Take Rt. 24 West to Rt. 287 South. Take Rt. 287 South to exit 35 (Madison Avenue). At light make a right onto Madison Avenue. ***Follow Madison Avenue to the light and bear right onto South Street. Follow South Street to the fifth light and make a right onto South Park Avenue. Stay to your left on South Park avenue. At the light make a left onto East Park Avenue. Follow East Park Avenue to the right, which turns into Speedwell Avenue (202 North). The hotel will be on your right.
FROM GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE
Take Interstate 80 West to Exit 43, Rt. 287 South. Take Rt. 287 South to Exit 35 (Madison Avenue). At light make a right onto Madison Avenue. Follow directions from above ***.
FROM THE LINCOLN TUNNEL
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 15W, Interstate 280 West. Interstate 280 West will lead into Rt. 80 West. Follow Rt. 80 West to Exit 43, Rt. 287 South. Take Rt. 287 South to Exit 35 (Madison Avenue). At the light make a right onto Madison Avenue. Follow directions from above ***.
